STORAGE TIPS: Store underripe tomatoes stem-side down on your counter top. Once fully ripened, they can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days, but bring them back to room temperature before eating. Room temperature tomatoes have the best flavor!

KETCHUP – FROM FRESH GARDEN TOMATOES
This is my favorite ketchup recipe. Be sure to cook it down to a thick consistency but it will thicken up a bit more when it cools.

OVEN-DRIED TOMATOES
When I find myself with an abundance of tomatoes, I oven-dry them and freeze them for winter BLT’s.

THE ONLY TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE YOU’LL EVER NEED
This is my go-to sauce recipe. I typically throw in a bunch of other veggies to roast with the tomatoes (like peppers, carrots, etc). Sometimes I run it through my food mill, sometimes I don’t. This is a great one to make your own.
