Radish -Daikon & Watermelon

Daikon radishes are loaded with potassium and taste like a mild, slightly sweet red radish. Watermelon radishes are a gorgeous heirloom variety of daikon.
STORAGE TIPS: Wrap these in a damp towel or plastic bag and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Purple daikon radish, green cucumbers and a zesty sesame dressing make this salad as tasty as it is gorgeous!

FRENCH BREAKFAST RADISHES ON TOAST
These beautiful oblong radishes are deliciously crispy and milder than a traditional radish. I’ll use some in my salad but I’m definitely saving the rest for these scrumptious little breakfast toasts. I love savory breakfasts and this one screams spring with the radishes, fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon.
